Balme is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Turin in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 45 km northwest of Turin, on the border with France. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 98 and an area of 63.1 km².[1]
Balme borders the following municipalities: Ala di Stura, Bessans (France), Bonneval-sur-Arc (France), Groscavallo, Lemie, and Usseglio.
