Anritsu Company, headquartered in Morgan Hill, CA, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Anritsu Corporation based in Atsugi, Japan. In development, Anritsu Company has continued on Wiltron's focus of microwave frequency network analyzers and spectrum analyzers. Its SiteMaster family of products has become very popular among those that maintain cellular phone sites. SiteMasters are microwave vector network analyzers providing return loss, cable loss, and distance to fault in a handheld instrument. Because of the market dominance of the SiteMaster, the platform was expanded to create the SpectrumMaster and CellMaster, which perform microwave spectrum analysis and modulation analysis, respectively.
