[edit] Merging Paul McCoy

As of now, all the information in McCoy's article is band-related and could be easily merged into this article (although most of it is already here). While the band may be notable, McCoy himself is not notable enough to warrant his own article. — simpatico hi 07:29, 17 January 2006 (UTC)

For thoughts on leaving McCoy's page as is, suggests that someone may be looking for his name and not his band one day and the terrain of Wikipedia is to expand and not condence. The same goes for why Amy Lee of "Evanesence" has a seperate page from her band. This gives us oportunity to add deeper detail to info that may come of use to future Wikipedians. To state that he is not notable enough to warrant his own page is only an opinion. — New at this User talk:New at this 03:28, 17 January 2006 (UTC)
It may be an opinion, but it's an opinion that is supported by the WikiProject Music Notability Guidelines. I don't believe Paul McCoy meets the criteria for notability. Also, instead of using my signature tags to sign your name, simply type 4 tildes ~ in a row after your comment. It will automatically sign your name. — simpatico hi 02:19, 18 January 2006 (UTC)
I believe Paul McCoy should probably have his own article, because he has done some things other than being the lead singer of 12 Stones, such as perform on Bring Me to Life, by Evanescence. I agree--he isn't entirely noteworthy, but if someone hears about him, possibly by reading Evanescence's CD liner, they may go to Wikipedia to look for info about him. So I think he should either have an article about himself, or .../wiki/Paul_McCoy should redirect to this 12 Stones article. Rattletrapmusicman 22:14, 18 January 2006 (UTC)
A redirect would be good. — simpatico hi 00:55, 19 January 2006 (UTC)
So, who decides these things? Rattletrapmusicman 12:45, 19 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Singles

None of the singles actually link to the correct pages. If these pages haven't been created shouldn't the links be taken down until someone gets around to creating them. I would do it but I don't think i could do a good job. Baldie 11:34, 29 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Music Videos

Could someone create a list of all the videos that 12 stones have done? I'm doing a project on christian music videos. [edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Potter's Field.jpg

Image:Potter's Field.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 08:05, 6 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Former Members

Several names are listed as 'Former Members' of the band with no reference to them in the main article. It should be stated when they were members. Skylos (talk) 00:31, 26 April 2008 (UTC)
