Ōtsu (大津郡; -gun) was a district located in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan. As of 2003, the district had an estimated population of 18,761. The total area was 205.49 km².

Until March 21, 2005, the district had three towns.

• Heki
• Misumi
• Yuya

On March 22, 2005, all towns within the district merged with the city of Nagato to form the new city of Nagato. The district dissolved as a result.

• 1889町村制施行により、仙崎通、深川、三隅、俵山、菱海、宇津賀、向津具、日置の8村となる。
• April 1, 1899 仙崎通村大字通浦が仙崎通村から分離し、通村となる。残った仙崎通村大字瀬戸崎浦は仙崎村となる。
• April 15, 1914 仙崎村が町制施行し、仙崎町になる。
• November 1, 1928 深川村が町制施行し、深川町になる。
• November 3, 1942 The village of Misumi gained town status.
• March 31, 1954年 仙崎町、深川町、通村、俵山村が合併、市制施行し、長門市になる。
• May 1, 1954 菱海村、宇津賀村、向津具村、日置村(大字蔵小田の一部)が合併し、油谷町になる。
• April 1, 1978 The village of Heki gained town status.
• March 22, 2005 The city of Nagato and the towns of Heki, Misumi and Yuya merged to form the new city of Nagato.

Ōtsu District was dissolved as a result of this merger.
