Ich möchte gerne einmal zur Diskussion stellen, ob es wirklich hilfreich/angemessen ist, die Artikel zu schweren Flugzeugabstürzen mit Bildern zu illustrieren, die offenbar Screenshots aus dem Microsoft Flugsimulator sind. Nicht nur, dass keine Quelle genannt wird (à la "Computersimulation", "Illustration" o.ä.). Ich finde es auch bedenklich, ein Ereignis, bei dem viele Menschen ihr Leben verloren haben, mit Bildern eines Computerspiels zu versehen. Sicher, der Wikipedia fehlen häufig Bilder - aber inwiefern helfen solche Screenshots, den Sachverhalt zu verstehen? --Kamerakinder 15:11, 15. Feb. 2008 (CET)

Ähnliches habe ich mir auch schon gedacht - aus anderen Artikeln sind Fotomontagen bereits rausgeflogen. Und da dieses Bild nun aber auch gar nix erläutert, erklärt oder dem Artikel sonstigen Zusatznutzen bietet, bitte ich drum, innerhalb der nächsten Woche Gründe für die Beibehaltung aufzubringen, sonst fliegt's raus. Hallo, ich sollte zunächst versichern alle, dass die Bilder Ich habe 'nicht' Screenshots von Microsoft Flight Simulator. Ich erstelle meine Bilder mit AutoCAD und Paint Shop Pro.

Was die Nützlichkeit von ihnen, die Bilder sind so konzipiert, um den Lesern eine Vorstellung davon, was das aussah wie Flugzeuge beteiligt. Viele Menschen haben keine Ahnung, was ein bestimmter Typ von Flugzeug aussieht, und noch nicht wissen, was einige der Fluggesellschaft Trachten, die aussehen. Anynobody 03:09, 8. Apr. 2008 (CEST)

Anyhow, I tried an auto-translate of Deelman's statements, but I could only get a little gist of it. Regardless, many TV programs that are documentaries of airline accidents have CG representations of airliner accidents. Air Crash Investigation uses CG representations a lot. The least advanced CG I have seen was in Head On! by Miditech about the en:1996 Charkhi Dadri mid-air collision. Is there any aspect about the German Wikipedia that makes using CG representations unacceptable that is different from the English Wikipedia? Since there is usually no free alternative to a CG image (and the German Wikipedia has no fair use provision) and due to the documentary thing, what you could do is allow CG representations as long as there is an official report of the disaster that can be used to verify details in the CG representation. Remember, Matthiasb, that Wikipedia is here to establish consensus and that you, Anynobody, me, and the rest of us need to work together to determine what is acceptable and what isn't. Well, the German WP is much different to what you maybe know from the English WP, en:German Wikipedia gives some ideas. It's true that a picture says more than 1000 words and there is a reason why we for instance keep those renderings in the lower part in Flugzeugkollision von Überlingen, but I don't see any value in the other renderings which you have introduced. However, that discussion very likely won't be seen much, we should move it to Portal Diskussion:Luftfahrt, what I would do tomorrow if you agree. --Matthiasb 00:37, 17. Apr. 2008 (CEST)

Of course we can discuss this in all length ... my personal opinion about these pictures is: They are verdant and useless, they have a taste of entertainment. Wikipedia is not entertainment, and using catastrophes for entertainment by creating such pictures is in no way acceptable. Cluttering every possible article about aircraft disasters with these pictures isn't any better. Creating pictures like this, about disasters that cost a lot of childrens lifes just violates my sense of decency. Wikipedia is not a playground. Just compare the pictures in the above mentioned article (Flugzeugkollision von Überlingen) ...

Sorry about this harsh way of answering, this is nothing personal, I do welcome contibutions to the German Wikipedia by non-native speakers (including you), however: I'm pretty annoyed by pictures like these. In the future, it might be better to ask for comments about your pictures BEFORE adding them.

Now, this is my personal opinion, and everybody is free not to share it. However, what is more important than opinions at this point is: These pictures are copyright violations. There is no way to make such a render pic without using copyrighted material like logos, aircraft liveries etc.

C. Deelmann: These images are hosted on Commons, so if you wish to challenge the copyright status, please make a discussion there. The copyright issue is especially important since these images are used in various Wikis across various languages. Regarding "In the future, it might be better to ask for comments about your pictures BEFORE adding them." there is the Be Bold policy, and I don't think one could foresee how this would be controversial, so I don't see a problem with how they were added initially. Also, use of CG may personally annoy people, but here we should be making arguments for why the images belong or do not belong in an encyclopedia. Whispertome 18:13, 17. Apr. 2008 (CEST)

[Bearbeiten] Ursache für verstopftes Pitot-Rohr

revertierte Änderung: Es wurde später rekonstruiert, dass sich während dieser Standzeit Grabwespen (Mud Dauber wasps) in einer der Staudrucksonden eingenistet hatten [1]. Diese Ursache lässt sich nicht beweisen (hierfür nötige Wrackteile fehlen, wie im Bericht erwähnt), aber sie ist ziemlich plausibel. --Mopskatze 23:16, 4. Mai 2008 (CEST)

Stimmt ja, ich habe den Artikel bei Youtube gesehen und habe gedacht, dies erscheint plausibel, habe aber übersehen, dass ja die Staudrucksonden gar nie gefunden worden sind. Aber ob die Wespen bzw. ihre Bauten nach dem überaus heftigen Aufprall noch in den Sonden vorzufinden gewesen wären? Dies ist natürlich eine weitere Frage, aber durchaus nicht relevant in dem Zusammenhang. However, merci für die Korrektur. --Rontaler 23:33, 4. Mai 2008 (CEST)
