EarthBound (called Mother 2 in Japan) is a role-playing game. The game can be used on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It is the second game in the Mother video game series.
Many people think of the game as a "sequel" to the original Mother NES video game which was only sold in Japan. However, even though the game looks the same, the story is very different.

- Giygas The bad guy.

- Ness' Mom Your mother, who cooks your favorite food!
- Ness' Dad: He offers to save the player's progress. He gives information about the number of experience points a player needs to increase in power. In the game, he is is always working at a job and can only be accessed by telephone.
