Bruges (Dutch: Brugge) is a city in the north-west of Belgium. It is the capital and largest city of West-Flanders and has about 120,000 inhabitants.
It is a centre of tourism (thanks to its historic medieval city centre) and of commerce (thanks to its port, Zeebrugge).
