Rijat Shala (born 26 July 1983 in Prizren, Kosovo, by then part of Yugoslavia) is a Swiss football (soccer) midfielder of Kosovar Albanian descent.
He currently plays for Cagliari.
He made his club debut on a Coppa Italia match that won 2-1 to A.C. Siena, on 29 August 2007.
