Jan Koprivec (born 15 July 1988 in Koper) is a Slovenian footballer. He plays for Cagliari.

Koprivec started his career at FC Koper. Along with first team player Jasmin Handanovič, Koprivec were transferred to Italian clubs from Koper in summer 2007. Koprivec played for Cagliari in the first round and the first leg of the second round matches of the Coppa Italia 2007-08, both of which Cagliari won. But Cagliari used Fortin in the second leg, which they lost 4–0 to Sampdoria, and failed to advanced to the next round.
