Nobuhisa Yamada (山田 暢久 Nobuhisa Yamada?, born September 10, 1975 in Fujieda, Shizuoka, Japan) is a Japanese football (soccer) player. He mainly plays on the right as a defender or midfielder. He currently plays for Urawa Red Diamonds of J. League. He has been capped 15 times and scored 1 goal for the Japanese national team.

He was educated at and played for Fujieda Higashi High School. After graduating from high school, he joined Urawa in 1994. He made his first league appearance on April 27, 1994 against Shimizu S-Pulse at Kusanagi Athletic Stadium. His first professional goal came on November 19, 1994 against Yokohama Marinos at Toyama Athletic Stadium. He has played more than 400 league matches for Urawa (as of October 2007). He has been the captain of the team since 2004.

Yamada represented Japan at several underage levels. He was a member of the Japan team for the 1995 FIFA World Youth Championship hosted by Qatar.

He made his full international debut for Japan on November 20, 2002 in a friendly against Argentine at Saitama Stadium. His first international goal came on February 7, 2003 in a friendly against Malaysia at Kashima Stadium. He played for Japan 15 times between 2002 and 2004, and scored one goal.
