Jeffrey Bruce Kinney (born November 1, 1949 in Oxford, Nebraska) is a former American football running back who played for the Kansas City Chiefs and the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League. Kinney was drafted by the Chiefs in the first round of the 1972 NFL Draft. He is an alumnus of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.^[1]^[2]
