Celestyn Czaplic (1723-1804) was a Polish szlachcic.
Born in Volhynia to Ruthenian nobles (Czaplic family). He was Podczaszy of Kijów since 1746, Podkomorzy of Volhynia since 1765, Master of the Hunt of the Crown in 1773-1783. He participated in the famous "Thursday dinners".
Marshal of the Sejm (zwyczajnego) on October 6 - November 29, 1776.
Knight of the Order of the White Eagle since 1775.
