Andrzej Maksymilian Fredro (c.1620-1679) was a Polish szlachcic, writer.
He was castellan of Lwów beginning 1654 and voivode of Podole Voivodship beginning 1676. He was Marshal of the Sejm (zwyczajnego) for January 26 - March 11, 1652 in Warsaw.
