Cashville Records is an independent American record label founded by Young Buck.[1] The is distributed by RED Distribution, who are owned by Sony BMG.

Young Buck announced in September, 2006, that he was launching his own record label, Cashville Records. Despite being signed to G-Unit Records, Young Buck was encouraged by the label-head, 50 Cent, to do succeed in this venture, wanting the label to have close ties to G-Unit Records. Initially the label would have been called G-Unit South, but as the label was not going to be set up under Interscope Records, with Young Buck still shopping around for a distributor, the G-Unit brand is kept by Interscope so the name Cashville was chosen. At the time he announced the label, Young Buck had already signed Lil’ Murder, D-Tay and Hi-C (Southern rapper) as solo artists, and as a group, which goes by the name of 615. 615 refers to Young Bucks area code in his home town of Nashville, Tennessee.[2] In January, 2007, Sacramento-based rapper C-Bo signed onto the label, and in March the Montclair-based collective Outlawz, famous for being the rap group founded by Tupac Shakur, signed to the label.
Sha Money XL, co-founder of G-Unit Records, announced that the label had found a distributor, the label found a home at RED Distribution. He explained that the deal should allow the label to be able to release an album every quarter of 2008.[3]
