Cape Town is the legislative capital of South Africa. It is on the southern coast. It was originally called the Cape of Storms by Bartolomew Diaz, the Portuguese explorer bt was changed by the king to Cape of Good Hope. The city's most predominant feature are the Table Mountains, mountains with a flat top.
