Original Postcard Published In Brussels To Raise Funds For The Famine Relief Efforts by a Famine Relief Committee. Mr. Nansen was from Norway and was appointed the High Commissioner for the Soviet Famine Relief effort.

It has been suggested that this media object be renamed to "Image:Victims of the 1921 famine in Russia.jpg" or another more suitable name for the following reason: Mistake. Description of the picture was unreliable source. See http://www.artukraine.com/famineart/famine10.htm
