O Referendo constitucional de 2008 na Irlanda foi um projeto de lei introduzido pelo governo da República da Irlanda em 2008, para ratificar o Tratado de Lisboa. De acordo com a Constituição da Irlanda, as decisões mais importantes a nível nacional ou internacional que envolvam a Irlanda, devem ser referendadas, e assim, foi realizado em 12 de Junho de 2008. Os resultados foram anunciados no dia seguinte, dando maioria absoluta ao "não", chumbando assim o Tratado reformador da União Europeia.
