Billy Ocean (nascido como Leslie Sebastian Charles a 21 de Janeiro de 1950) é um cantor nascido em Trinidad e Tobago que emigrou para Inglaterra para se dedicar, a partir da década de 1970 à música. Entre os seus principais êxitos podemos destacar as canções When the going gets tough, the tough gets going (parte da banda sonora do filme The Jewel of the Nile), Suddenly, Get outta of my dreams, get into my car, Caribbean Queen, Loverboy e There'll be sad songs to make you cry.
