Willem Dafoe (lahir 22 Juli 1955) merupakan seorang aktor berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat yang memenangkan nominasi Academy Award sebagai aktor terbaik. Dia dilahirkan di Appleton, Wisconsin. Dia berkarir di dunia film sejak tahun 1980.
