Dianne Wiest (lahir 28 Maret 1948) merupakan seorang aktris berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat yang memenangkan nominasi Academy Award, Golden Globe, dan Emmy Award. Dia dilahirkan di Kansas City, Missouri. Dia mulai berkarir di dunia film sejak tahun 1983.
