Monument to James Neilson, inventor of the hot blast process. It stands on Barstobrick Hill, on Neilson's former Queenshill estate near Ringford, Kirkcudbrightshire.

The pyramid stands 35 feet high and was erected by Neilson's son, Walter Montgomerie Neilson, in 1883.

The monument was built on the site of Giant's Dike, the remnant of a prehistoric fort. [1]
