Heather Burns, née en 1974 à Chicago, Illinois, est une actrice américaine.

Fille d'un avocat de Chicago.

Elle a fait ses études à The Second City de Chicago, elle a participé à un été de l'école Yale School of Drama, a été diplomée de l'école The Atlantic Theatre Company Acting School, et est bachelière en Fine Arts de la Tisch School of the Arts de l'Université de New York.

Fiancée à Ajay Naidu, son ami depuis leurs études à Evanston Township High School.
