La Bellarmine University (Université Bellarmin) est une université privée catholique située dans la cité de Louisville aux États-Unis. L'institution fut ouverte en 1950 en tant que Bellarmine College par l'archidiocèse de Louisville en hommage au saint Robert Bellarmin. Son nom actuel date de 2000. L'université propose un grade de docteur.

L'université est divisée en sept écoles: Bellarmine College, W. Fielding Rubel School of Business, Donna and Allan Lansing School of Nursing & Health Sciences, Annsley Frazier Thornton School of Education, Center for Interdisciplinary Technology & Entrepreneurship, School of Continuing and Professional Studies et la Bellarmine University Graduate School. Celles-ci proposent au total plus de 50 options de cours.
L'université est composée de plus de 30 bâtiments sur un campus de 54,6 ha dans le quartier de Louisville nommé The Highlands. Depuis 2007, le stade Owsley B. Frazier propose un terrain de hockey, de Lacrosse et de football.
Les équipes sportives se font surnommer les Knights et participe à la Great Lakes Valley Conference tandis que l'équipe de Lacrosse joue dans la Great Western Lacrosse League. Les couleurs de l'équipe sont le rouge écarlate et l'argent.
