Article I: Section 8: The Powers of Congress (not the President, excatutive department, the judiciary, the states, or treaties.)

- "To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations": No treaties can be signed about this, this is a legislative and not an international topic!

- "To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries;" Federal copyright only applies to authors of writings for useful arts. "[F]or limited Times", not based on time of death or publication! "[E]xclusive Right" cannot be transfered to others! Again, no treaties can be signed about this, this is a legislative and not an international topic!

- "To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;" The state militias, the modern National Guard, can only be used in the United States and not outside it!

- "To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States,". "Exclusive", congress CANNOT delegate rule over the District of Columbia to anyone, including the district itself!

- "The privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it." This is currently suspended to certain people, but, there is no Rebellion or Invasion!

- "No … ex post facto Law shall be passed." Congress passed an ex post facto Law on copyright adding public domain works into exclusive copyright.

Article II: Section 2: The Powers of the President

- "[H]e may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices[,]" He can not meet them face to face nor call them. He can not ask the opinion of one about something that does not concern the Officer. He can not communicate with assistants, only the principal Officer. He can have no other advisers that are in the executive branch.

Article III: Section 3:

- Violation of principle "No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court." This creates a model for all criminal proceedings.
