I have never seen or heard the word, blasfemuloj, being used to describe those who don't celebrate Zamenhof Day, and there's no citation either. Considering it means "persons of blasphemy", I'd say that it's fairly derogative and might not be necessary in the article. (ChrisMP1 20:44, 5 September 2007 (UTC))
