We are socialists, the only copyright we hold on this image is that no other socialist group may take it and say it's theirs. I am the webmaster for the YPSL, and as such it is well within my rights to permit wikipedia's use of this image. I don't know if this fits the fair use template or whatever, but if wikipedia is going be beholden to this ridiculous bureaucracy perhaps I don't care if our page is here at all.
