Yasuko Ikenobo

Yasuko Ikenobo (池坊 保子? born April 18, 1942) is a Japanese politician of the New Komeito Party, a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature). A native of Tokyo and dropout of Gakushuin University, she was elected to the House of Representatives for the first time in 1996 as a member of the New Frontier Party, which later split into several parties including the New Komeito Party .
