These comments are pertaining to the SGPedian's Resources Quality and Importance Ratings for this article.

The article has been significantly expanded upon, as compared to the point in time when it was nominated for deletion. Hence my decision to move the Quality rating of this article one notch higher from Stub class to Start class.

A Band 1, Singapore Quality Class and also Ministry of Education School Excellence Award recipient school like Xinmin should be given a Mid-importance rating in the Importance scale. Graphpaper 08:19, 19 October 2007 (UTC)

I am assessing this article after a request; and giving it Start / Mid. A strong Start article with plenty of references, a strong history section, a info-box, and a few pictures. Close to B but not quite there; it needs a bit more content. More well referenced sections on other topics such as the campus and curriculum would be great. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.
