Vulture Squadron is a Dublin, Ireland, based band, who write, produce, their material under the label Dynasty Globo Megacorp.
The members of the band are Sean Doohan, Ronan Heffernan, Conor Cafferkey and Michael Mulligan. However their list of aliases is astonishing. They are respectively also known as: DJ Pidgeon, Punk Anderson, Tits McKenzie, Punk Progressive; H Dawg Chea-Boy, DJ Mutley, Mr H; DJ Dastardly, Michael "The Future" Mulligan, DJ Suicide.
The Vulture Squadron have always been an innovative group, from their origins in infectious techno beats to their groundbreaking hip-hop/rap collaborations with the Suicide Squad to their more recent flirtations with grinding death metal riffs.[citation needed]
The Vulture Squadron Movement has been steadily building a street buzz by releasing a critically acclaimed series of releases including "Hardcore @ Portmarnock, Vol. 1: International Takeover Phase 1, Cummin' in Your Ear" and "Who is Tits Mckenzie, Vol. 1: The Buntdragon".
The Vulture Squadron are well known for their sizable underground cult fan base, with a notable following in Thailand, Australia, and the Czech Republic.[citation needed]
The group are known for their extreme partying behavior and their excessive alcohol consumption, and thus are no strangers to controversy.[citation needed]
During a recent tour to Slovakia and the Czech Republic, two of the groups members, Pidgeon and Mulligan, were arrested in Bratislava, and charged with being drunk in public and, breach of the peace, due to their wild antics on the street after reportedly exiting a local strip club. The duo were later released on police bail, and had their charges struck out in court hearing after making a charity donation.[citation needed]
