Vladimir Voskoboinikov (born February 2, 1983 in Tallinn) is an Estonian professional footballer, who plays in Russian First Division, for FC Torpedo Moscow. He plays the position of centre forward and is 1.88 m tall and weighs 78 kg. He is also a member of the Estonia national football team.

At the age of 18, Voskoboinikov started his professional career with FC Levadia Tallinn, one of the biggest clubs in Estonia. He has had a short spell in Belgium with Jupiler League club FC Brussels and a short loan at K.A.S. Eupen before he moved back to Estonia.
He was initially on loan at Russian First Division club FC Torpedo Moscow, but in July 2007 he signed a 2-year contract.

For Estonia national football team, Voskoboinikov is capped 7 times. He made his national team debut on June 2, 2007 against Croatia national football team in a UEFA Euro 2008 qualification.
