Villata is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Vercelli in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 70 km northeast of Turin and about 8 km north of Vercelli. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,615 and an area of 14.4 km².[1]
Villata borders the following municipalities: Borgo Vercelli, Caresanablot, Casalvolone, Oldenico, San Nazzaro Sesia, and Vercelli.
