Vignale Monferrato is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 60 km east of Turin and about 20 km northwest of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,114 and an area of 18.8 km².[1]
The municipality of Vignale Monferrato contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) San Lorenzo, Mogliano, and Fons Salera.
Vignale Monferrato borders the following municipalities: Altavilla Monferrato, Camagna Monferrato, Casorzo, Cuccaro Monferrato, Frassinello Monferrato, Fubine, and Olivola.
