[edit] Science Fiction Needs Citation
Brainwashing techniques developed by Russian scientists? Microwave emitters in schoolyard play grounds? Really?
This sounds like science fiction (see wiki's own entry on Brainwashing for a level headed discussion of the topic). Strange things happen in the world, but if we are to have faith in this outlandish claim, it requires a rather authoratitive citation.
