[edit] Scene it?
Is the "scene it reference really necessary? it could be spam.--82.153.199.6 (talk) 15:15, 23 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] who?
Any idea which studios are doing this the most? -Rolypolyman 04:38, 13 July 2006 (UTC)
- Disney is infamous for it. --148.240.253.118 23:31, 7 September 2006 (UTC)

- Do some new regular consumer DVD players ignore these? If only special ones do, they're going after the wrong market by removing navigation ability beyond UOPs ;) Paperweight 06:22, 21 April 2007 (UTC)

- Re Disney - The Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest DVD has around 10 trailers, commercials, and whatnot in front of the main menu. It's astounding. Joseph N Hall 20:29, 1 May 2007 (UTC)

- actually i was wondering about something related to this, i got a pirated DVD in China of Spirited Away which features about ten UOP'd minutes of someone (I think John Lassiter? i don't have the disc with me, so i can't check) banging on about how great the film is before the film actually starts - is this the case on the real thing? because if it is, that's bloody terrible! if not...well, i'll chalk it up to shoddy pirating i suppose.77.86.98.252 (talk) 21:26, 5 April 2008 (UTC)
