The Up In Arms Tour will be a two-month-plus long 2008 concert tour that will see San Diego rock band Switchfoot touring with popular philanthropic organization, To Write Love On Her Arms.
Following the recent trend set by the band's previous, wildly successful Appetite For Construction Tour, the Up In Arms Tour again features prominently a meaningful cause to the bandmembers. Between the opening bands' performances and Switchfoot's main set, Jamie Tworkowski, the founder of TWLOHA, will give a short message about the organization. [1]
The tour will play mostly in small rock clubs, college campuses, and small amphitheatres. After a mostly arena/small stadium tour for "Appetite," Switchfoot will return to their preferred venue demographic.
