This image was released by the Government of India and tht Indian Air Force for PR and imormation purpose and. No one, other than these organizations can claim rights to this image. Moreover, the image does not come from a commercial source and low resolution. Therefore, there is no loss of revenue. Though the image is not in public domain, the Indian Information Act states that they can be used to dissipate information. Therefore this image is in fair use.
