Thanks for your message on my talk page. I understand your concern that your contribution in the article European Patent Organisation was deleted. You can however find the content here and you may copy it for later use in another article, if appropriate.
I deleted the section because it did not meet our guidelines on Wikipedia, especially Wikipedia:Neutral point of view (NPOV): "All Wikipedia articles and other encyclopedic content must be written from a neutral point of view, representing views fairly, proportionately and without bias". The section only presented one view, and was supported with references from one source, i.e. the Foundation for a Free Information Infrastructure (FFII). The views of this lobbying organisation represent, I think, a dissenting view against the patent system as a whole (see for instance section "A Dissenting View" in [1]). I truly respect these views, but inserting them in an unbalanced manner in the article European Patent Organisation is not appropriate.
I also deleted the section because it only cited primary sources. This is not appropriate on Wikipedia either, since self-published sources, especially when contentious, cannot generally be used as sources. "Articles should rely on reliable, third-party published sources with a reputation for fact-checking and accuracy." The sources provided are not third-party sources.
Please take the time to read through these guidelines. If you want to reinsert a controversy section, I would suggest to do it in Software patents under the EPC or Software patent debate, but in a neutral manner (you should ensure that what you add is neutral from the beginning, and you should therefore present the views of all parties involved in a balanced manner when starting a "controversy" section - do not rely on others to do that) and with third-party sources.
