Stone Stanley Entertainment
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Stone Stanley Entertainment was an American television production company founded by TV producers David G. Stanley and Scott A. Stone, who both began their careers working at Lorimar-Telepictures (then Telepictures) in the 1980s.
It was originally known as Stone Television, then after the death of Stone's partner Bob Synes, Stone joined forces with David Stanley to form Stone Stanley Productions, which later became Stone Stanley Entertainment. The company produced reality and game show programs such as Fun House, The Man Show, Legends of the Hidden Temple, The Mole, Celebrity Mole, and Shop 'Til You Drop. For one time, the company had produced failed TV projects such as the US version of Winning Lines in association with Celador, Born Lucky, Big Deal (game show), Pop Stars, and Oblivious, among many others. David Stanley left the company in 2004.
