Personal Synopsis -
Born Stephen Anthony Dowell on September 6, 1959 to Anthony Reed Dowell (Physician) and Nancy Jayne Mitchell (Schoolteacher) in Muncie, Indiana. Grew up in Indianapolis, Durham N.C., Dayton Ohio then back to Muncie for high school and college. Moved to Dallas in 1983 where I became a software professional. I have traveled to Paris, France; Cancun, Mexico; Cozumel, Mexico as well as business and pleasure trips to most of the lower 48 United States. But I've never been to Spain!

What I'm up to these days:
I recently returned to my hometown of Muncie, Indiana to spend time with my Father. I've been involved with the College Avenue United Methodist Church, developed a web-site for a local Mayoral candidate, am working on a web-site for a new local non-denominational church, preparing for some continued education in graphic design as well as selling items on the internet.
