Talk:Steven B. Sample
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I think it could be argued that this article is biased. What mistakes has Stephen Sample made as President? What could be better about the University of Southern California system? What sacrifies has he been willing to have U. of S. Ca. make in order to engineer these changes? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.113.188.66 (talk) 05:01, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] More details needed
He is reportedly also an outdoorsman and musician. Can you add details? Can you add some of his research interested and scholarly publications? TruthbringerToronto (Talk | contribs) 04:22, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
- I remember hearing that his work at Purdue and other places (he's been an administrator for many years now) involved the buttons on microwaves, but that isn't specific --I hope it will help someone with better access to information. I had that leadership class with him (and Bennis) when I was a senior. --Bobak 00:42, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
Under the controversy section if I remember correctly, though the students took his office over, it was not Sample who told them to leave or face suspension it was another member of the administration.
The controversy section is not noteworthy -- he comes under fire by a dozen or so extremist students, not the entire university, and I am removing it.
