Stephen Ferris (born 2 September 1985) is a rugby union player for Ulster and Ireland. Ferris was selected for the Ireland Rugby World Cup squad in 2007 and has represented Ireland twice, against Pacific Islanders and Argentina. He plays his club rugby with Dungannon.
Ferris graduated from the Ulster Academy and joined Ulster Rugby on a development contract at the start of the 2005-2006 season. He made his Ulster debut against Border Reivers in October in 2005. He was also a member of the Ireland Under-21 World Cup squad in 2005.
Ferris is one of four Ulster Rugby players included in Ireland's PWC high performance select group.
In 2007, Ferris signed a new contract with Ulster rugby, keeping him at Ravenhill until the end of the 2008/09 season.
Ferris is from Maghaberry and attended Friends School Lisburn.
