St. Charles West High School (SCW) is one of two schools providing secondary education for grades 9–12 in the St. Charles School district, St. Charles, Missouri. (The other is St. Charles High School). As of 2006 the school had 1033 students and 66.7 full-time teachers, for a 15.5:1 student-teacher radio.

West has many clubs, including (but not limited to), SCW Players, Student Council, Key Club, Science Club, Anime Club, Card Club, Parking Lot Dance Club, Box Fort Club, Math Club, FCA, FCCLA, and NHS.
Sports Include basketball, football, volleyball, hockey, soccer, golf, track, cross country, girls swimming and baseball.
Different music programs include band, many other kinds of band, concert choir, chamber choir, treble choir, the orchestra.
The orchestra has played concerts with Mark Wood in the past.[citation needed]
