Stéphane Guillaume (born 9 February 1984) is a Haitian football (soccer) player, who currently plays as a defender for USL First Division side Miami FC.

After leaving Haitian side Aigle Noir AC, Guillaume was a member of MLS team Colorado Rapids in 2005, but was not able to play due to regulatory matters. He moved to Miami FC in February 2006.

He made his debut for Haiti in a February 2003 friendly match against Peru. He was a squad member at the 2007 Gold Cup Finals[1]
