Club Sportivo Desamparados are a football club from San Juan in San Juan Province, Argentina. They currently play in Torneo Argentino A, which is the regionalised third tier of the Argentine Football Association league system.
The club were founded in 1919 by a a group of students from the Quinta Agronómica (Agricultural college), which is now the Escuela de Enología (winemaking school). They chose the name Desamparados because they used to meet in Plaza Desamperados, it is also a tribute to the Virgen de los Desamparados (the Virgin of the poor.
The club have quilified to play at the top level of Argentine football 4 times.

- 1974 - 6th of 9, Group A.
