"Sophisticated Lady (She's a Different Lady)" was a hit song for R&B artist Natalie Cole in 1976. It was the first song released from her second album, Natalie, which was a R&B Top 5/Top 15 Pop LP. It spent one week at number one on the Hot Soul Singles charts, becoming her third consecutive number one soul hit and peaked at number 25 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song also helped Cole to win a Grammy.
