Songs of Life is the 2nd solo studio album by Bret Michaels, lead singer of the rock band Poison. It features songs "Raine" which is the first single from the album and is dedicated to his daughter Raine Elizabeth Sychak born on May 20 2000, the 2nd single "Bittersweet", the 9/11 tribute "One More Day" and "Menace To Society" which has a live Montage video clip on Bret Michaels website.

"Stay With Me" was recorded earlier but not officially released until now.

"Raine" also features a music video.
