Portion used	The image is literally half of a single panel of a page. She actually speaks in this panel, but that is cut out.
Low resolution?	The resolution is low enough to get the point across for the subject to be seen clearly, and fit image standards.
Purpose of use	The image is for illustrating how the character appears in a certain media. Use of said image is encyclopedic, and will only aid the reader in understanding the subject.
Replaceable?	No free alternatives exist. The Comic itself is only available on back orders.
Other information	Copyrights are held by Sega Enterprises for the character, and Archie Comics for the comic book. Use of the image does not hinder sales of product in any way. In fact, the character has not been used in the comics since this issue, and has only had two game appearances. Both of those were on comic covers. The character will not likely be used otherwise and is considered scrapped.
