Recently, Henry Sy, Sr. and Clark Development Inc. was planning to build a P500 Million expansion project of SM Clark mall. The project is take place at a 5.5 hectare space located near the parking lots. Alongside with the expansion project is Premier Central, the property development arm here of the SM group of the mall magnate Henry Sy Sr., are in need of more than 2000 workers for the completion of the expansion building, it confirms that the expansion project the start by the last quarter of 2008 and set to open by 2009 or 2010.
