Skafidia (Greek: Σκαφιδιά), also with the second a accented is a Greek settlement located about 10 km northwest of Pyrgos, about 95 km (old: 99 km) south-southwest of Patras and about 20 km south of Amaliada, . Skafidia is located 4 km west of the GR-9/E55 (Patras - Pyrgos - Kyparissia) at the 93rd (old 96th) km and are linked with the road connecting Vounargo and Katakolo and the road to Chanakia. Skafidia had a 2001 population of 128 for the village and 231 for the municipal district. Skafidia is also in the city of Pyrgos.

Skafidia is in the plain of Pyrgos and the mountains area that covers the northwestern part, its ranges stretches from Katakolo to Foloi. The farmlands are in the plain area. The hills dominate the southwestern portion

Skafidia has approximately 10 km of paved roads and 15 to 20 km of gravel roads. Koryfi also has approximately 10 km of hydro lines as well as phone lines.
Houses were stone-built until the 1950s and did not surpass modern-style homes until the 1980s. It was linked with pavement in the 1980s. Most of the homes are abandoned today.
After World War II and the Greek Civil War, much of the population left for larger towns and cities especially the nearby Patras. The population remained steady since the mid to late 20th century.

Its main production are fruits, vegetables, olives and cattle. The majority of the production are olives.

It offers views of the mountains near Katakolo, the mountain ranges to the north and more to the east.

Skafidia has a school, a lyceum (middle school), a church, and a square (plateia). Its nearest school gymnasium (secondary school) and nearest hospital is in Pyrgos.
