Sir John Rogers, 1st Baronet (c. 1649 – 23 April 1710) was an English politician and merchant.
The son of John Rogers and Elizabeth Payne, he was Member of Parliament (MP) for Plymouth from 1698 to 1700. Created a Baronet, of Wisdome in the County of Devon on 21 February 1699, he was High Sheriff of Devon between 1701 and 1702. Rogers died in Plymouth and was buried in Charles Church in Plymouth.
Rogers was married to Mary Vincent, daughter of Spencer Vincent. They had one son, John Rogers.
